Making a purchase : When you purchase from me, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and a unique order number. When your item has been posted, you will receive a dispatch email confirming your purchase has been dispatched and a tracking number will be confirmed on this.  Your invoice will be enclosed with your order.

Leadtime: Generally I keep some quantities in stock, but bear in mind most orders will take approx 2/3 weeks for completion. This will depend on work load & seasonal times. Upon receipt of order I will confirm a delivery time.

Postage: All orders will be posted by An Post, tracked and may require a signature. 

If your order is late, please contact me. I can only refund non-deliveries when the parcel is officially classified as lost by the An Post. This is 10 working days after the date of delivery. I will always try my best to make sure you get your items on time.

Carriage Costs: €9 tracked, sent via An Post. Orders to the value of €400+ carriage is FREE within Rep of Ireland & Northern Ireland.
Orders outside Ireland will have to be discussed to get the best delivery option.

Min Order/ Quantity: On all orders there is a minimium order value of €250 of mixed variety. You will not be allowed to checkout on orders below this value.

Prices: All prices shown on my website are in Euro (€). I am not VAT registered.

I cannot be held responsible for typographical errors on this site, including but not limited to those including price. I reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and/or product and price information without any notice being given. Any local taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment Terms: For new customers, payment is required upon checkout/ in advance on your order.

Any subsequence orders, credit terms can be discussed. Please note, this is dependent on conditions, such as order quantites, references, regular on-going customer orders etc. All approved customers will be approved & tagged before hand.

Payments on approved accounts can be made via bank transfer or though a payment link via website. Payment is strictly 30 days from dispatch. Please remember I am a small one woman business, so prompt payment is always very much appreciated. 

Packaging: I make every effort to package your items attractively, safely and securely. All pieces come in foil printed branded jewellery boxes with product cards enclosed. It is important that you retain all packaging if you want to make a return.

Cancellations and returns: All orders are firm sale and I cannot accept any returns. In the event that an order arrives damaged or there are any discrepancies. Please let me know by email within 2 working days of receiving the delivery

Resale:  If The Messy Brunette Ltd products are sold online, credit must be given to The Messy Brunette in the product description. Retailers may NOT resell The Messy Brunette Ltd products on any 3rd party online platforms such as Amazon, Not on the High Street, Ebay etc. without prior permission in writing.
